  Materials


  2 cups of warm milk


  1 water glass measure of oil


  2 egg whites (to top the yolks)


  2 tablespoons of granulated sugar


  1 tablespoon of salt


  2 instant yeast (2x7g)


  Flour as much as it takes (approximately 850g)


  Into;


  Feta cheese (you can use any filling you want) For the topping;

  Preparation of


  Mix warm milk, yeast and granulated sugar.  Wait 10-15 minutes for the yeast to activate.


  Add oil, egg whites, salt and flour in a controlled manner, knead a soft dough that sticks to the hand and leave it covered for 45 minutes.  Apply a liquid net to your hands and take tangerine-sized balls from the dough.  On a lightly oiled worktop, make oblique scratches on the 12 cm diameter pain, put the inner mortar and roll it.  Ferment on the tray again for 30 minutes.


  Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until golden brown (approximately 25-30 minutes).
