Crispy Poppy Pie in 10 Minutes
Materials
2 daily phyllo dough
250 grams of poppy paste
Half a glass of oil

Preparation of
Poppy and oil are taken in a large bowl and mixed and brought to a spreadable consistency.
A piece of dough is taken to the counter and poured on it with a spoon so that half of the poppy is all over it. With our hands, the poppy is rubbed all over the dough so that there is no empty space left.
The other yufka is laid on it in the same way and the remaining poppy is spread all over it.
It is cut in triangular shapes with roulette and rolled up from the wide part.
Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and sprinkle with egg yolk and sesame seeds.
