Baked Crispy Cauliflower

Baked Crispy Cauliflower
Materials
1 medium cauliflower
2 eggs
4 tablespoons of cornmeal
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Half a teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of granulated garlic powder
1 glass of mineral water (soda)

Preparation of
Let's separate the cauliflower from the florets so that they are not too small and wash them.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl suitable for the sauce and whisk.
Let's dip the cauliflower florets in the sauce and arrange them on a greased paper lined tray at intervals.

Note: If the sauce thickens, you can dilute it with a little water, breadcrumbs and cornmeal may vary.
