 Record-Breaking Ferrero Rocher Baklava Ingredients


 1 pack of phyllo dough


 1.5 cups finely ground hazelnuts


 Half a teaspoon of powdered sugar


 1 egg yolk


 3 tablespoons of chocolate spread


 Butter


 To cover the outer part;


 160 grams of milk chocolate


 1 teaspoon coarsely ground hazelnuts




Preparation of


 Let's take the hazelnut, powdered sugar, egg yolk and chocolate spread in a bowl and knead it well.  Then, let's take small pieces of walnut into our hands and squeeze them first.


 Then let's roll it slowly so that it does not fall apart.  Let's do the same for all of them.


 Let's put it in the closet and let it rest for half an hour.


 Let's place 2 baklava dough on a flat surface transversely and divide it into 6 equal parts.


 Let's lubricate each piece with melted butter and put the hazelnut balls we have prepared at the very end.  Let's wrap it in a triangle like an amulet.  Let's put the baklava we have wrapped on the baking tray on which we have laid oil paper.


 Bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown.  Set the baked baklava aside to cool.


 Let's break the chocolates in a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of oil on it and melt it in a bain-marie.


 Let's add the ground hazelnuts into the melted chocolate.


 Let's cover each part of our baklavas one by one with chocolate and place them on a cheek on which we laid wax paper, spaced out.


 After doing everything this way, let's put it in the refrigerator and wait until the chocolates are frozen.  Enjoy your meal.
